Russian Dolls

The Russian word for these wooden dolls is "matryoshka", but they are also called matrioshka, matryoshkas, babushka dolls, babushka's doll, matroshka, matryushka, and stacking dolls. They're dressed in traditional Russian dress, but there are loads of different styles. The nesting doll is considered to be a symbol of motherhood and fertility. I think they're really beautiful.
