Just Dance

Alana and Louis dancing to Rasputin on Just Dance 2, which is a Wii game. Its quite entertaining to watch, especially when they have their dance moves in sync. Rasputin includes lots of Russian kick type moves so Louis gave up soon after due to aching limbs.

I would have joined in but my limbs were already aching from a) family bike ride again towing Louis and b) Playstation exercise game, EA Sports Active 2, which is not a game, its a self inflicted punishment regime. I thought I'd have pretty good leg muscles, what with my regular cycle to work, but I have had to think again. I am going to hobble up to bed now.
