Beside th Sea

Another miserable day with lots of heavy showers.
Cleared for about an hour and managed a brief walk along the prom.
Blip is a mural painted on the gable wall of the local St Clair Surf Club.
Painted by a local artist,Linsay Crooks who unfortunately died at a young age from cancer in 2005.
Lindsay was a Figurative artist,an "artist of the people".
His paintings featuured Rubenseque Venus figures and balanced colours mostly of beach scenes.
