Old Lady at the Tyre Shop

I am in Jaipur with a British Council mission to explore possible collaborations between universities here and in Scotland.

We were garlanded with roses, and marked with the customary Tikka when we arrived for our meeting today. It was a wonderful welcome, and the discussions were interesting and constructive. A productive day, but long, and I was glad to get the chance to wander around the streets a little on my own once we got back to the hotel.
