All in a days work...

I was in the garden yesterday with my brother who has come down to visit us from the Smoke. The ants were hard at work taking the freshly dead (not by my actions) corpse of this spider to their nest - serious team work.

Look at the top left side of the picture. Although blurred you can make out three ants taking a stick or body part, I cannot quite see, one at the front, the back and one in the middle - organised indeed!

All the seedling are well on their way and the allotment should be very productive this year.
