Profiling

Well... I call it profiling, but in fact I started working on a stakeholder analysis for my graduation project today. I made a quick inventory of important stakeholders and tried to describe their role, influence and power in relation to my design project.

This morning I got up early to have a Skype coach meeting. My coach is oversees (in Sydney, Australia) right now, so because of the time difference I had to get up early to catch her while she would still be at university.

This afternoon I did some profiling in the backyard. Writing down bits and pieces of what I could think of and meanwhile enjoying the afternoon sun.
