Homemade lemon drizzle cake

I like the juxtaposition of cake and fruit. Becky asked me if it was a healthy cake, as we ate eating healthily... I couldn't lie.

Main reason for making cake- to use the gorgeous new mixer so it is no longer an ornament of pink fabulousness in the kitchen
