The Langworthy Hotel

This is the entrance to the once very grand Langworthy Hotel in Salford. It was built around 1900 and had some famous patrons over the years in fact Muhammed Ali visited a few times in the 1970's.

The Langworthy was bought by the council in 2000 for £400000.00 for refurbishment that never happened and it is now due for demolition.
