Get Ready

The humble Dandelion 'Taraxacum officinale' is blooming every where. Its blooms havefor many an amateur winemaker been a firm favourite, my best recipe calls for the flower heads to be freshly gathered (traditionally on St George's Day, April 23rd) in full sun and/or at noon. So start the count down, 3 Quarts of flower heads to 3lbs of sugar yeast and some fruit. Cheers alround 6months down the line :)
