Waiting to depart

This was the misty view this morning outside the hotel at 7 am as we were about to depart.

It's been a smooth transition north and we are back in our sitting room drinking tea, contemplating the amount of water that the plants inside and out need and getting ready to go out again for me to go to the doctor's and for us to go to the supermarket.

Yesterday's wedding was a fine affair and it was lovely to see family. However, I'm suffering because the last two stops have had elements that I am mildly allergic to including cats and now my chest is all irritated and I'm coughing a bit.

Interesting trip, but boy it's good to be home.
