Wrecked and ruined

I saw this bike when I left work today and it looks pretty much the way I feel after this week.
But... I am on holiday for a week now - woohoo!!!

Back to the bike though, it always makes me sad when I see this kind of mindless destruction. Unfortunately bikes in this state aren't a rare sight around George Square, but really, what sort of idiot do you have to be to destroy a bike minding it's own business on some railings?
