My physiotherapist says that taping this big blue F to my leg will help correct my wonky knee. And I've had to buy special insoles for all my shoes to correct my posture. I'm basically teaching my legs how to walk again after 30-odd years of doing it wrong. Though if it gets rid of the constant pain in my knees, she can tape any letter she wants to them.
