Doh, forgot to do my blip homework last night, must do better.

Great day here weather wise so went for a run this evening. Some tipsy ladies in a garden shouted 'nice legs' at me as i ran (slowly) past. Made me laugh. I didn't reply as I couldn't actually speak and run at the same time, that's how fit i am

Hmm, looks like pasta for dinner from whats in the fridge, ah well.
