not a flying horse but the charles II statue being returned to his plinth by St Giles church on the Royal Mile.

This is another of the project's that Dave's involved in. The Charles II statue had been taken away for conservation treatment, and now it's back, I was just in time this morning to see the horsey being lowered into place, as I headed into work...

totally shattered now, yesterday was a long day, but worth it... Dave managed to get a write up of the event on the guardian website and they had a direct link to my flickr site with all the photo's, I was quite chuffed...
