Spring Clean

Last nights blip showed Mr Craftys laptop in the first stages of repair. I did think it was a ploy for a new Mac book but I should have known that you can't put a broken laptop in front of an engineer and not expect several attempts at a fix (that and he's from the North of Scotland and the moths aren't due to come out of his wallet until June, sorry J xx).

So, several You Tube videos later and me getting a speech on how a Google search uncovered the fact that lots of americans have filed lawsuits against HP because the chips in these machines are over heating blah blah blah

The laptop is in more bits than it was last night and the kitchen blow torch normally reserved for making a crunchy Creme Brulee topping has joined the screwdrivers in the tools required section of the dining room table.

Tonights achievement - a big chunk of dust has been removed from the components around the fan. Tomorrow may bring flames if Mr Crafty can locate the gas required to fill the blow torch. He may find himself outside for that part of the process.
