Lone tree on hill

A lovely sunset walk on Mangawhai Heads beach this evening topped off a thoroughly pleasant day.

I spent the majority of the day with U and the two dogs, Willow and Niamh. They were all great company. Especially U.

We went to Whangarei, where we had a spot of lunch and U went to church; while I dog sat and read in the shade of a Chestnut tree.

We walked the dogs and met up with D.

Then we had a lovely meal at home and talked to J on Skype.

Another late-ish night. Is there any other kind at the moment?
