The steps to....somewhere

Had a stroll around the grassmarket today and everyone was enjoying the sun. This pic was taken from the grassmarket looking up one of the Wynds. I'm thinking it would be nice to see this scene in the winter time with snow falling (but no rush)! One day I must find out where these steps lead.

Down to check on parents after work and when I got home I realised I had left my camera at work. I guess I felt like someone who had lost their mobile - weird!
