Stressed....
gaining weight
turning silver
laugh lines not so great...

Stressed....
anxiety ridden
shoulders tight
don't do something that's forbidden...

Stressed.....
over eating
not exercising
it's my body that takes the beating

Stressed....
is desserts turned backwards,
Now it makes perfect sense...

The fix...

realizing that it is what it is, doing what I can do about it and LETTING the rest GO!!!!

And it is almost Friday Eve...well that is a start!!!!
