Mama Duckling

Here are my mum's favourite animals...how cute!!! They didn't even budge when I got near them to take the picture. Spent the day in Metz walking around, enjoying a yummy picnic on the riverside.

As per usual dad has no luck...as we wanted to visit the new Metz Pompidou museum we get there to discover it closed - only on Tuesdays - naturally!! Ah well the architecture of the building is nice...

Apparently the Front National won 67% of the votes here at the last elections...funny (or sad) to see dad scaring an old lady to death when he asked for directions to the museum...she pulled a strange face, guarded her bag and couldn't even get her words out.
