Red Kite II

My 2nd attempt at getting a close up of this bird, again at the junction 4/5 M40.
I managed to get a better image but still I am not totally happy as I have no image stabiliser on this lens and it only comes into it's own on a tripod, but this was the best I got today.

Not much going on at work yet but should get interesting later in the week.
