Departures

Life is full of comings & goings and today was no exception...

My partner Chris has gone to Zambia, Africa for a couple of months today to see his mother & his son & his daughters that he hasn't seen in five years (long story but he's gay & being gay in Malawi means a 14 yr jail sentence so he hasn't been able to go back) so I'm left alone for a couple of months. :-(

Then my uncle Ray died (it wasn't a huge shock) so he too has travelled somewhere less specific whether that be the past or some undetermined future destination (non of us will truly know till we travel there ourselves!).

So this was the reason for today's title - departures!
