Hyacinths

Another of our beautiful spring flowers around here, even though we're not having a beautiful spring. Another huge storm blew through this afternoon, lots of wind and hail. Didn't last long, though. But, it blew some power lines down on 25th Street, and there was a live wire on the ground, which caused excitement. Fortunately, no one was injured. But, it put the power out at the yarn shop about 1:15 pm. We finally closed the shop and left at 3:30 and went home. Don't know when it finally came back on. Hopefully, things will get better soon. I don't ever remember of an April that was as cold and rainy as this one has been. Better times ahead? Hope so.
