THE Building

I've been trying to get a shot of this run down building for quite a while now. The problem was that I can only see it when I take the BRT (Bus Rapid Transit), which is a highway for these buses, so you can't just take the photo whenever you want...

BUT today, I had time to take the bus during the day which was great because the BRT wasn't crowded AND I managed to get a seat by the window, so voila! Here it is!

I wonder what this building used to be... I think it was an old school... and how did it fall apart like this? Did it get knocked down or maybe the building was so old, the typhoons blew it down?
