The case of the mysterious trousers

This blip is sponsored by Mystery Inc, why? I'll explain. Came back from shopping today to find a pair of women's "Crop" trousers placed near our front door. Can't see how they would have just blown there.

The only explanation is that someone placed them there. Who? We have no idea. No note left and we have no text messages to give us any clue. Just what appears to be a pair of new trousers. Bizarre and has left us puzzled.
