I thought it was Saturday; turns out it's Friday!

As I uploaded the photo I got the usual message 'Confirm this photo was taken on blah date'.... Saw it was Friday and was surprised when I read it.... A superb Sunny day like today can only happen on a Saturday surely? Anyway, really pleased to have an extra day in the bank!

We had a lovely leisurely day doing a little clearing of the Lounge, hanging up a mirror in the hall after several years of it sitting on the floor. Some time spent pottering in the Garden enjoying the sunshine, the birds, the insects, the critters and the very lo flying Air Ambulance (I assume that's what it was as it was classic service type and red!)

The Marsh Marigold in the picture is on the edges of our pond and started flowering early last week. The Marigold has now reached it's peak of magnificence and provides a fabulous splash of colour in the middle of the garden along with a few white Tulips we have just before the pond.
