Allium

Just arrived back from a round trip to family in far flung places of England.
Had a lovely time. Delivered Easter eggs and stuff.

Was only just in time to catch the last bit of daylight in the garden. I was delighted to see this allium with just one bud about to pop! It was a mere ball of green on Wednesday. It's spectacular when in flower so you might see it again.

Thank you so much to the blippers who commented. I feel slight panic about wondering when I shall have time to respond, but I'm sure after a night's rest...
