flooded fields

Every spring the fields flood, which somehow I forgot when I decided to take this back route home. The name of the area is "Cornwall Swamp Wildlife Area" so it should have occurred to me. Got about halfway down the dirt road and had to turn back, a 40 minute detour on a grey day. There aren't many roads across and they are all flooded out as well.

My back horsefield is also flooded but that is combination of the snow off the hills and the beaver having dammed up the small creek. Aaarggghhh...
