Pain and Pleasure

Walked up Rivington Pike again today....the steep route past Needham's farm as this is the route the runners take on the annual Pike race. It took Graham and I about 32 minutes to walk up and the best of these runners run up AND down in about 17 minutes!! It is a tough route so all admiration to all the runners who participated today.
