St George's Day

St George's day in the United Kingdom remembers St George, England's patron saint. According to legend, he was a soldier in the Roman army who killed a dragon and saved a princess.
Determination, hard work, character, courage, kindness and principle. St George may never have set foot on these green and pleasant lands but with qualities like those, by God he was an Englishman!!
All this blipped little fella needed was a red cross and he would have celebrated it too. Not much going on our way in celebrating the day :((
