i leave cold, snow, mist, rain in chicago... come home briefly to sun last night - only to then wake up to...

an ice storm... trees, branches and flowers all covered in ice! and snow flakes blitzing through the air. really? amazing... and amErica informs me that the sun is shining in the midwest now. thanks, very much. that's just too funny...
