Cauliflower Cheese

I found a new recipe and it called for samorza cheese.....couldn't find that in New Zealand so I used Bocconcini........plus Cheddar plus creme fraiche and chives.......... the aroma is divine!! delicious in fact! I have friends coming for dinner so I hope they are not on silly diets! No desert though......Easter Eggs instead! I'm cooking a roast of Scotch filet and market fresh beans so it should be pretty good!
