A Whiter Shade of Pale

Experimentation.
Took some pictures of a tree outside a hotel that had some lights wrapped around it. After using the flash, I tried just using a longer exposure, no flash. An accidental slight movement left me with this interesting effect.
I cropped the image to cut out the uneccessary blurred background.
It rained today for the first tiime in ages, but cleared up after. I hope it stays fine as our son is home for a few days from the North East oif England and we will be going out and about.
