The Old Man & UJ

Through all the chaos of the last 2 months our sweet Miss Piggy passed away on April 8th. We don't know know why - she may have a had a heart attack or possibly complications from the birth even though she acted just fine. She is deeply missed.

Our concern turned to UJ who was not quite 4 weeks old, after a couple of days of touch and go, he started eating the mushed up feed we prepared for him and has adopted him a new "mother". This is old man Clint. I've said it before but no one really knows how old Clint is but we suspect and the vet has agreed he is now over 30. He's a little rough looking as he has liver problems but keeps plugging away. He eats good and still moves pretty good except for a stiff back leg once in awhile. Since UJ is so tiny yet, he sneaks through the fence from his pen and follows Clint everywhere getting under his feet. Clint doesn't seem to mind and actually will look for him.
