Paper Wasp Holds Head in Hands

Went up to a place called Koma in Saitama Prefecture today. My friend spotted this paper wasp hiding under a wooden fence. I heard they are not as aggressive as other wasps provided you keep a distance so I forwent the macro and shot at 400mm.
