I'm gonna get another one in

Last day of holiday. When I saw the weather this morning there was no way I was going out - pouring rain, sleet showers etc, but it brigthened up a bit later. Caught this -sort of, when we were at traffic lights. The fella had unlocked a business wheely bin and tried to put another black bag into it- but he couldn't shut the lid. He looked about, climbed up into it and proceeded to jump up and down several times to flatten the rubbish in it, then jumped out again. He managed to lock bin again and walked away smiling triumphantly. He was more successful than I was. I had to switch phone on, switch to camera mode, allow time for it to focus, and then click. Perhaps someone will get me a proper camera -hint, hint.
