The ingredients....

What are the ingredients for a wonderful Easter Sunday....well I don't believe there is any firm recipe as it will be different for all of us, perhaps depending on our beliefs, perhaps because of your own circumstances in life, but hopefully there are a few common ingredients for most of us.

We have had the best weather today and as a family we have spent the day largely apart, doing what we all chose to do. For me it was a really good day at the golf course with my good friend, the club captain. For my wife it was long lie (late night out last night, with the club captain and his other half) followed by an attack on the elements of the garden that bug her the most. The teenagers did something that teenagers do, but I don't know what that was and frankly don't care. Lol.

But we will end the day together. My daughter and I are cooking dinner and the picture is one of the main ingredients. Perhaps you can guess what we are having? Pretty obvious probably.

Anyway, there is also a lot of red wine in my recipe for tonight and the dregs of the bottle are calling to me so I must dash.
