Lecture at the National Academy of Sciences

This evening I attended a lecture at the National Academy of Sciences. I love living in DC. The speaker was with NASA and a Glaciologist - he studies glaciers - from Space. Awesome. The lecture was Rapid Changes in Polar Ice Cover. Very interesting stuff. The lobby of the Academy building has some great murals. Above is one of them.
