Easter Lunch Outdoors

What a wonderful Easter day! I've lived in this part of the world for 25 years and never before had an Easter lunch outdoors. Today I had lunch with friends Susanna and Ross in their gorgeous garden in Oxford. Ross made this delicious dessert: homemade ice cream bon bons with fresh strawberries.
