First focaccia

I saw Nigel Slater's recipe for this focaccia with grapes. Hmm, I thought and I have some Stilton, surely that would be good in it too. It is and I think I want to make more bread (I know this seems to have risen quite a bit and it got a bit burnt!). I have no idea if I am kneading correctly but judging by my first attempt, I could enjoy it.
