Anzac Day, Fremantle
Today has been a total photographic indulgence. We have a double whammy here. First was the ANZAC Day parade, a nationwide recognition of war veterans and then, in the afternoon, the continuation of the Buskers Festival. I made some serious decisions, the main one being to shoot all B&W (plus RAW so I have colour if needed), the second being to shoot street shots. It was a feast and I wish I could post a few more pics. However, I decided to go with an early shot of a veteran sailor being wheeled onto the parade ground. As he arrived he whipped out a hip flask, presumably with something other than cold tea in it, and took a huge drink. Good on him I reckon.
