Who would have guessed.

Now I now that it's not my normal stile to use such an easy photo but I thought it was such a silly thing I just had to share it. I have see it lots of times before and told people and they would not believe it so here is the proof. It is on a car park in Evesham. I guess some one fell over and tried to put in a claim but I still think it is really very silly.
