Loving the weather

Not many plants enjoy the lack of rain we are having at the moment (yes - even here in Wales), but the garden herbs like this Thyme is loving the hot dry weather, and if you water it in the evening the scent is fantastic.

Then, once you are done admiring and smelling it, chop it finely and add to salads or better still sprinkle on hot beef.
