Spring is here....

After the long winter the northern hemisphere has had, it is heartening to see all your wonderful blips of gardens, flowers, baby birds and lambs, cute kids wearing their Easter finery, and scenes of sunshine and bright blue skies.

I'm running at top speed today, getting ready for the big trip (only a week to go!!!) so here's a quick blip of the hand quilted and embroidered little pillows that decorate my bed. Yo-yos (also known as Suffolk Puffs), a bit of English paper piecing, vintage buttons and fabric (and some modern reproduction fabrics, too), a tiny hand crocheted doily, and the spring sunlight slanting in through the window.....
