Zombie delight.

The sun is shining, it's one of the hottest days of the year and I have chosen to spend twelve hours in a small local cinema watching zombie films.

Yes it's the fourth Leeds Zombie Film Festival!

To summarise the films;

1) City of the Living Dead - so bad it's kind of good in an unintentionally funny way.

2) Siege of the Dead - brilliantly efficient German horror, straight into the action no messing about.

3) Land of the Dead - excellent zombie rights film from genre master George A Romero.

4) Fido - criminally underrated Canadian zombie comedy.

5) The Horde - extremely violent French film with cops and robbers running away from the undead.

6) The Evil Dead - not a zombie film, but still great.

A dead good day!
