Mardarin Duck

Went to the WWT with wife and billy today.
Had planned going to Druiridge Bay, but Billy the demon had us up at 2am for a feed then 6am proppa! so we were a bit tired and couldnt be bothered to go too far.
I worked at the maze/labrynth known as washington in the late 90's and seen them brown signs for some attraction but never had been.
Today we decided to check it out.
Also went past were i worked which is now a housing estate!!
Was a good day, we ended up being out for 4 + hours.
Billy had a spell of laughing his head off at nowt, but last 30 minutes he got bored and was tired so kickoff in HUGE style! and scared away all wildlife....even the plants.

Male uses impressive orange wing feathers in mating displays. Camuoflaged females care for young.
In Chinese art it is the symbol of wedding bliss and fidelity, though pairs only bond for one season.

personally i absolutly love the duck and think its fabulous as a starter with pancakes, sping onions, cucumber and hoisin sause in a chinese.

In other news i want a new camera!! a nikkon DSLR as everyone else has one.
