Shakin all over

Today started (suffering from a small headache can't think why?!) with another stroll by the river. More planting and pasties straight from the oven for lunch. Then early evening over to the coast where the boy thoroughly enjoyed the surf and we thoroughly enjoyed fish and chips watching the surfer dudes. Back on the diet tomorrow it is then, well until the next bank holiday at least ;)
