Daily Eatings.
I think I eat fairly healthy. This is typical for me during a workday. Instant oatmeal with milk and a banana for breakfast, protein bars for a snack. Lunch is a chicken/turkey sandwich with fruit (usually an orange and grapes/strawberries) and vegetables (usually carrots/cucumbers/snap peas). Finally for a snack after that I have mixed nuts. Dinner is all over the place could be anything.
Don't ever touch my juicebox, no you cannot have a hit off of it.
