St. Leonard's
Magnolias are my favorite flower - the Southern Magnolia of my past, the Saucer Magnolia of my future. They are such lovely flowers.
North End, the swirl of old culture, history, catholicism, a cannoli (Brian, the poop joke has already been made), phone calls with famous Scottish directors while sitting in the catholic peace garden pictured here, nonstop drizzle (the perfect spring kind, with birds singing), and the smell of Italian food everywhere.
Lately I am dreaming about the wilderness and about going to Morocco. I fill notebooks and notebooks with what I'm thinking. Should they ever need my archive, it will be hearty.
Tomorrow: back to work. Tonight: putting the molé enchiladas together before Evan gets home.
I realize that sometimes it sounds like I do a lot of cooking over here. I do. I also realize Evan sometimes sounds like my boyfriend/husband/latest squeeze/life partner, but really he's just my baller roommate. Ronnie is also not any of those above things. He is the cat. That is all.
One more thing: I am definitely going to catch up on comments tonight.
