Meatless Monday: FAIL.

Leftovers = Salmon Tacos

Salmon came out nice and flaky, coupled with fresh greens, cheese and a small spattering of Old Man Friend's sauce suggestion (Thank you; it was awesome!).

Guess Meatless Monday will resume on ... another day. :) And if Mondays can't be meatless, at least this silly lockout is over so Monday wing night can resume come September. Woot woot!

Watch out, friends; I'm getting fancy with my editing skills. I rotated and cropped my picture. Haha. ha....ha....meh. Daylight's fading and so is my will to sit in front of a computer when I could be outside!
