Lunch, Tudor-style....

Continuing from yesterday; here are Lys & Lisa preparing lunch in the period kitchen. Fresh trout, florentine, marchpane, vegetables, bread and more are made ready for high board, when the Laird and his guests enjoy a meal in the Laigh Hall. Everything is done authentically; gathering, preparing, cooking and eating as it would of been in 1571 lowland Scotland.
